After five years with WRL, Norio has mastered print, web, photography, and other multimedia outlets. He is a graduate of the Tokyo School of Design. Some of his experience includes freelance work as a graphic designer, working as an art director for Media Network, Inc. (Shimane, Japan), Samushingu Inc. (Tokyo, Japan) and working as a mural assistant for Eric Grohe Murals & Design (Marysville, Washington).

Norio thinks that keeping up with technology enables designers to expand their possibilities of creativity. He also thinks that an understanding of the client’s passion for the product or service is crucial. Norio’s favorite quote is, “Less is more.”
