In 1965, Tom joined George Wern and Dave Rausch at the agency. He has a degree in journalism from Ohio State University, and he recalls that his first job as a reporter at a newspaper in Columbus earned him $40 per week. He moved to Canton and worked for the Timken Company as an editor and public relations specialist. His contributions to WRL have undoubtedly helped lead to the current success of the company.

Tom says the secret to great advertising is “repetition.” “Through increased frequency and exposure, a message will be more easily remembered.”
