Betty has been with WRL for 28 years, and she handles all of the office manager duties. She is a graduate of Kent State University.

Betty thinks the advertising industry has changed tremendously over the past 25 years and will continue to do so because of growth in technology. She believes great advertising lies in the creative mind. Her favorite advertising quote is: “Advertising is the power of an idea multiplied.”
