Having been with WRL since 1998, Norio has mastered print, web, photography, and other multimedia outlets. He is a graduate of the Tokyo Designer Gakuin College. Some of his experience includes freelance work as a graphic designer, working as an art director for Media Network, Inc. (Shimane, Japan), Samushingu Inc. (Tokyo, Japan) and working as a mural assistant for Eric Grohe Murals & Design (Marysville, Washington).

Norio believes that having an understanding of the client's passion for the product or service is crucial to his work. His favorite quote is, "Less is more."
