Scott Grisak had 12 years in at The Hoover Company when the father of three realized he wanted more out of life than a career as a factory worker. He bought a computer in 1995 and began to teach himself about technology. He began to take classes at Stark State College of Technology, where he got the chance at a WRL art internship in February of 2008. During that time he transitioned to Web technology, and WRL's Web Department hired him full time as a Web Programmer in May of 2008, following his graduation from Stark State.
