Todd has been with WRL Since January 1989. He is a graduate of the University of Akron with a degree in Marketing and specialization in Strategic Marketing and Planning.

At WRL, Todd serves as President and oversees all aspects of the agency along with managing many individual accounts and prospecting new business.
