Account Management Internship

Required Skills

  • Qualified candidates should have general knowledge of or experience in advertising.
  • Candidates should be able to demonstrate proven writing ability.
  • Candidates should have a good working knowledge of personal computers.
  • Candidates should have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Candidates must have a valid driver's license.

      • Preference will be given to interested students majoring in Advertising, Media Communications, and Marketing or Sales Management.

      Programs and Deadlines

      Summer

      Mid-May to Mid-August.
      Deadline for applications, April 1.

      Fall

      First of September to Mid-December.
      Deadline for applications, August 1.

      Winter

      First of January to end of March.
      Deadline for applications, December 1.

      Application

      Students interested in this WRL internship may apply by submitting the following items to the address below.

      Note that these items are required. Applications without them in any part will not be considered for the program.

      • A letter of interest from the student.
      • A student resume that details experience and background as it relates to the required skills listed above.
      • A list of requirements (if any) needed for the participating student to receive college credit for the internship.
