Stark State College…Stark State College of Technology wanted a new commercial with a more high-tech and upbeat look to boost enrollment. WRL went to work on this 30-second spot and completed it in one week, at a fraction of cost of other agencies in Canton. Stark State has since reported that the phone is "ringing of the hook."
