Job Description
We are actively seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Analyst specializing in social media to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will assume the responsibility of monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns and strategies across a wide range of channels, including but not limited to social media, SEO, SEM, CRM, email marketing, website traffic, and other marketing tools.
Your valuable insights and expertise will be instrumental in guiding data-informed decisions and formulating effective strategies to optimize key performance metrics, ultimately maximizing our clients’ return on investment (ROI).
Success in this role hinges on a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms, the skill to transform data into actionable insights, particularly within social media platforms, and effective communication of findings and recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring: Monitor all digital marketing campaigns to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and error-free execution.
- Analyzing: Interpret data from various sources to identify key trends, insights and actionable recommendations.
- ROI Measurement: Evaluate effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting & Presentation: Pull statistics from various platforms, compile into a comprehensive report, and effectively present/communicate actionable insights to stakeholders, clients, executives, and cross-functional teams, to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Social Media Campaign Optimization: Provide actionable recommendations to optimize social media campaigns, increase engagement and enhance brand visibility based on data-driven insights.
- Digital Advertising Optimization: Collaborate with the digital advertising team to optimize and improve campaigns, strategy and conversion rates.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to optimize campaign elements to drive higher engagement and conversion rates.
- Research: Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation analysis to understand target demographics, preferences and behaviors.
- Stay Updated: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our digital marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hootsuite, Looker Studio or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
